Has worked for over 20 years as an organizational consultant, particularly in strategic people management and business restructuring. Over this period, he has trained more than 20,000 people in various business segments, in Brazil and abroad.

Since 2013, Oliveira Campos Consultoria has been the exclusive representative in Brazil of News Coaching and Training, a Swiss company present in more than 20 countries, and of Barnes & Conti, a US company specializing in leadership development and negotiation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from ESPM (Advertising and Marketing Higher Education School)
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie Presbyterian University
  • Specialist in Group Dynamics from the Brazilian Group Dynamics Society (SBDG)
  • Postgraduate diploma in Organizational Psychology from the São Paulo Methodist University
  • Qualified coach from the Newfield Network, Washington DC (USA), an institution accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and News Coaching and Training (Lausanne, Switzerland).
  • Graduated in Corporate Counsel from the IBGC (class 189) in 2023.
